was founded in March 1993 by James C. Dawson, Timothy R. Goetz,
Robert N. Geiger and John F. O'Donoghue. The four Principals
have in excess of 100 years of combined experience in commercial
real estate and comprise one of the most experienced, recognized
and respected real estate teams in the Greater Pittsburgh
Community.
To further augment service offerings, the Strategic Advisory
Group was formed in 2002. Working alongside Grant Street,
