today that Grant Street Associates, Inc. has become its latest
Alliance Member, covering the Greater Pittsburgh Area and
Western Pennsylvania.
The Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, established in January
2002, was created to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s
client services to specific markets throughout the United
States where the firm does not maintain an office. As an Alliance
member, Grant Street Associates will continue to be independently
owned and managed, and will keep its existing name while adding

to its marketing and collateral materials.

will provide avenues for Cushman & Wakefield’s range
of fully integrated real estate services in the Pittsburgh
market. Additionally, Grant Street Associates will continue
to provide office, industrial and retail brokerage, investment
sales, advisory and corporate real estate services to clients
regionally, while using Cushman & Wakefield’s service
platform to service them nationally and around the world.
