Project Office
The Project Office is available to Soleil's customers allowing each external and internal development team member to track and maintain the latest project activities. The Project Office facilitates communication, acts as a repository of information, and allows each client to keep in touch with their project's progress - at their convenience.

Documents
The Project Office allows clients to manage documents related to their project online. Project plans, requirements documents, change requests, meeting minutes, and status reports can be viewed, archived, commented upon and approved from the convenience of your office.
 
 
Time Reporting
Clients have constant access to monthly time and billing reports from which their invoices are generated.
Change Request System
Soleil's custom-built online Change Request System is available for use around the clock. Clients can log, track, assign change requests, and discuss development issues with the Soleil team at any time.

     
Project Contacts
The Project Office has a repository for contact information for individuals on the project. Phone numbers and email addresses are only a
mouse-click away.
