David brings 20 years of health care experience to the Soleil
team with his expertise in strategic planning, community hospital
and physician network development, reimbursement strategies
and process re-engineering. David's expertise lies in growing
health care businesses and assisting client organizations
with all aspects of the health care delivery system, integration
of business solutions and regulatory compliance.
David earned an M.S. in Health Services Administration from
Gannon University and currently holds a Series 6 License for
health, life and accident insurance products.
