RSL COM U.S.A. And Soleil Technologies Announce
Business Alliance |

Pittsburgh,
PA - Two Pittsburgh-based companies, RSL COM U.S.A., Inc,
a subsidiary of RSL Communications, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RSLC),
and Soleil Technologies, today announced a strategic business
alliance that promises to enhance each company's ability
to provide end-to-end e-commerce solutions to small to
mid-sized businesses throughout the country. The three-year
business agreement is expected to generate revenues of
$5 million for each company. "RSL COM U.S.A. will provide
the high-speed network connections and hosting facilities
backed up by 24-hour monitoring and maintenance at our
Network Management Center here in Pittsburgh," said Mike

design and develop the Internet-based applications that
today's businesses need to compete in a global information-based
economy."
Working together, RSL COM USA and Soleil Technologies™
